Known for engaging others with warm approachability and natural curiosity, as well as sharing practical tools for change and growth, Michele is currently the Manager of Learning and Change at Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, California.
Having successfully facilitated over 1,500 interventions focused on improving employee’s skills in conflict resolution and change management, assisting leaders in building powerful teams, Michele has over fifteen years of experience working with organizations and individuals in the areas of performance management, teambuilding, and conflict resolution.
Michele holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis and an M.A. in Adult Education and Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. She has held staff and leadership positions in real estate, non-profit and academic institutions, and is also adjunct teaching faculty for Antioch University Santa Barbara.
Michele is a certified Master facilitator, trainer, and coach, certified in Crucial Conversations, Influencer, Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM), and DiSC. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach.
